WHERE IS IT MADE?
All of our jewelry is designed and handcrafted on Mahe Island, in the Seychelles Islands.
We have a manufacturing studio with artists that handle each piece.
Our raw Materials and many of specialty pieces are imported from International Suppilers Mainly from Trusted and Ethical Manufactures in Singapore.
DO YOU HAVE A BRICK AND MORTAR LOCATION?
Yes, we are located at Anse a La Mouche, Mahe Island, in the Seychelles.
Our studio hours are M-F 10am-3pm, closed Saturday and Sundays.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR SITE?
Yes. We use an SSL certificate to ensure all transactions are secured. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
Full payment is due before any order is processed.
We also offer PayPal Payment Option.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
STRIPE charges your card, for the full amount, when the order is placed.
We are a SEYCHELLES based company and all prices are in EURO as it is the most common used foreign exchange exchange in the Seychelles.
WHAT IF THE SIZE OF MY RING IS WRONG?
With the nature of our custom pieces, we urge you to try to determine correct ring size prior to purchasing.
Even in the case of ordering as a gift. If you are unsure, we offer gift certificates or you can visit any local jeweler to help determine your ring size.
If you do receive your rings and they are not the correct size we are happy to resize your rings for you for a small fee.
Please email seselinfo@.com and we will let you know the exact Euro amount prior to sending the piece back to us.

All of our name rings, bangles, bracelets & necklaces are made from fine Iron/Copper/Leather/Wood/Alloys/Silver and/or Sterling silver.
Our spacer bands are made from A custom alloy mix. Occasionally we will also use 14k gold filled, 18k & 22k gold.

WHY DO MY PERSONALIZED RINGS/BANGLES/NECKLACES TAKE SO LONG?
SESEL® JEWELRY started out as our Founder a Young Man of from University at home making everything himself.
After receiving a huge influx of orders in response to Instagram and Facebook interest he staffed up with a group of metalsmiths and local artisans to help handle the order load.
Every piece we offer is custom, and handmade. Most of our pieces are made from scratch.
CANCELLING AN EXISTING ORDER
If you cancel an existing order that has already entered production, there will be a 50% restocking fee.
This helps to cover our cost in lost material and labor.
In rare occasions, canceling immediately after you purchase, we can pull the order before it enters production, in these cases, there will be no restocking fee.
Our current production time varies from 7-10 business days, then ship - depending on items purchased.
If you purchased an Item we have ready, then it will ship within 3-5 business day. An email with tracking info will be sent at the time your order ships.
WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE TO SHIP?
We ship all orders Via the Seychelles Post with tracking and insurance.
If You'd like a specialized shipping option i.e. FedEx or DHL please email us before placing your order.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number from us once your order has shipped.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do. Not all countries are supported. The list of countries we do support is listed during the checkout process.
The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes.
I’VE RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER BUT NOTHING IS SHOWING ON TRACKING YET?
We print our shipping labels when we begin the packaging process.
The email is automatically sent out from when the label prints, not from when Seychelles Post/FedEx /USPS/DHL picks it up.
